Cheers to 2020! It’s the beginning of the year and the beginning of a new decade, the time when people reset their intentions. They make goals, write out visions for what’s next, and make commitments to friends and family members who will help them achieve these goals and live out their visions for the year. 

This new decade will kick off with millions of men and women deciding that this is their year to flourish. 2020 is when they will drum up the motivation to hit the gym hard at least four times a week or finally commit to their weight loss goals to FINALLY lose those 10 pounds. This is the year they will stick with healthy eating habits, change their lifestyle, and invest in their health.

An estimated 80% of New Year’s resolutions fail, so it’s no surprise that many of these people won’t follow through. Try as they might, they won’t wake up at 5 a.m. for a run as planned or stick with a new diet plan. They will hit the snooze button and eat fast food like they always do. Unfortunately, less than 25% of people stay committed to their resolutions after just 30 days, and only 8% achieve their goal by the end of the year.

Simply put, the facts are not very encouraging. Many people get so focused on starting that they forget to think about finishing. Or they get frustrated when they don’t immediately see results. Our health coaches are here to help you free yourself of what should be and figure out what can be in terms of your daily consumption and wellness.

The journey starts with a one-on-one phone conversation. It is during this conversation that the health coach will run through an extensive list of questions about your past, your preferences, and your current position. We ask you these questions to produce a plan that will lead you to sustainable change. The more information we can collect, the better we can serve you as a health coach. We take you through the ingredients and food items we utilize here at Twisted Foods, and mark off all your likes and dislikes to ensure your meals are created with care. When you sign up for our 8- or 12-week complete plans, you gain access to your health coach for weekly check-ins and updates if you wish. Halfway through your plan, we can adjust if needed. This is determined through consistent communication between the health coach and client.
